Why are licences billed separately?
Licence costs vary by business and change when Microsoft changes prices. Billing them separately keeps our service price fixed and transparent. As a Microsoft licensing reseller, we can manage them for you on one invoice.
Do you come on site?
Tecsup is fully remote, which is how we fix most issues in minutes. New laptops can be shipped straight to your staff and set up automatically. If something physical is needed, we coordinate a local technician or arrange a paid visit.
What are your support hours?
Monday to Friday, business hours. Urgent after-hours help can be arranged in advance.
Is there a lock-in contract?
[YOUR TERM — e.g. month to month with 30 days' notice, or a 12-month agreement.]
What if we're under 10 people?
The $1,000 monthly minimum applies. For very small teams, a fixed-price review may be a better place to start.
